Tunnel quick-freezing machines are high-efficiency freezing devices that can freeze a large number of products in a short time. They can effectively and economically freeze a wide variety of products placed inside the quick-freezing machines, such as meat, fish, shrimp, meatballs of various shapes, vegetables, prepared foods, dairy products and so on.
Quick-freezing machines can generally be divided into push-type quick-freezing machines, reciprocating quick-freezing machines, plate quick-freezing machines, fluidized quick-freezing machines, tunnel quick-freezing machines, spiral quick-freezing machines, lift-type quick-freezing machines and so on.
The push-type quick-freezing machine is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a propulsion system, an electrical control system and a quick-freezing chamber. Workers put the frozen product trays filled with food to be frozen into the quick-freezing track through the quick-freezing entrance and move them step by step towards the exit under the action of manpower. During the moving process, a stable vertical annular low-temperature air flow is formed under the action of fans and guide plates. This low-temperature air flow exchanges heat with the horizontally moving frozen food, thus realizing the rapid cooling and freezing process.
The frozen product trays filled with food to be frozen are placed on the horizontal conveyor chain of the quick-freezing machine. The frozen product trays enter the lifting track in the quick-freezing chamber along with the conveyor chain and make step-by-step lifting movements. When the frozen product trays rise to the bridge position, the tray pusher pushes the frozen product trays on the lifting track onto the descending track. Then the frozen product trays run along the descending track to the horizontal conveyor chain, and the conveyor chain sends the frozen product trays out of the quick-freezing chamber. When the food realizes the above process in the quick-freezing chamber along with the frozen product trays, the strong cold air generated by the refrigeration system forms a stable horizontal annular low-temperature air flow under the action of fans and guide plates, exchanges heat with the vertically moving frozen food, and the frozen food realizes rapid cooling and freezing, completing the freezing process. All of the above processes are completed under the "command" of the "brain" of the quick-freezing machine - the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and the human-computer interaction is realized by the liquid crystal touch screen. The main interface of the touch screen is equipped with operation interfaces such as "Auto", "Quick-freezing Time Adjustment", "Manual", "Alarm", "Status", "Defrosting" and so on. The system enters the interface of the automatic operation state when it is turned on, and the work instructions are sent out by the "Start" and "Stop" buttons on the touch screen.
