The whole machine consists of two main parts: cleaning and impurity removal, and vibrating water draining. It mainly adopts the combination of vortex and bubble for cleaning. The cleaning tank uses swirling flow to slowly push out the vegetables gently. There is no chain or belt transmission, ensuring a longer effective cleaning time, a larger cleaning space, and no sanitary dead corners at the same time. The vibrating part adopts high-frequency vibrating conveyance, equipped with high-frequency miniature vibrating motors, imported high-frequency flexible springs, and imported vibration technology. It has a high vibration frequency and stable vibration. Inside the box, there are functions of automatic water replenishment and power-off when there is no water, which greatly reduces the failure rate of the machine.
Equipment Features of the Fully Automatic Clean Vegetable Production Line:
This equipment is mainly composed of such parts as the bubble cleaning section, tank body, lifting section, air pump, water pump, and overflow.
Except for standard parts like motors and bearings, all parts of the equipment are made of SUS304 stainless steel material, meeting the requirements of export food hygiene.
The climbing and lifting section is equipped with a secondary spraying device, which can conduct a second cleaning and spraying on the cleaned products. The water source is tap water.
The feeding end is equipped with a pushing device with an adjustable angle, which enables the materials to form convection in the tank body, allowing for a more thorough cleaning of the products and accelerating the running speed of the products.

Operation Steps of the Fully Automatic Clean Vegetable Production Line:
(1) Clean the water tank thoroughly and fill it with water. Pour clear water into the main tank body until water overflows from the overflow outlet.
(2) Start the motor of the conveyor mesh belt to make the mesh belt operate normally in the correct direction.
(3) Start the vortex pump to inject air into the water in the water tank to make the water in the tank boil.
(4) For the fruit and vegetable clean vegetable processing production line and Shouguang vegetable cleaning production line, open the valve of the spray pipe to make the water spray evenly on the mesh belt.
(5) Check all the operating parts. Once it is confirmed that everything is running normally, the machine can start working.
(6) Depending on the cleaning degree of the materials, they can be cleaned separately first and then conveyed by the mesh belt.
